She has just come home from the hospital after having her second child by C Section. The new baby is a boy, 5 days old. His cord stump is still on and he has not been circumcised. He is breast fed but receives formula supplement. Mrs. Hand also has a 30 month old child at home named David. David is able to talk and is toilet trained during the day. Since the baby came home, David has had many toileting "accidents". David still naps every afternoon from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. You are in the home because there is no family support and the husband cannot afford to take time off from work. A V.O.N. nurse visits twice a week to check Mrs. Hand's incision. a.
