A horizontal solar panel (1 m x 1 m) has spectral emissivity is
0.5 from 0 to 2 m, and 0.2 above 2 m. If the solar irradiation is
GS= 1353 W/m2 , and the panel is placed on a windless day with
ambient temperature of 30 oC, what is the steady-state temperature
of the panel? Consider both the radiation and free convection heat
transfer.
