Suppose a heavy mass is attached at the free end of the rod and given a small deflection along a arbitrary direction parallel to the cross section, then the observed frequency of small oscillation along the 4.7 cm side is 50 Hz. Write the numerical value of the frequency of oscillation (in Hz) in the perpendicular direction in two decimal places.
