Question 2 [20 marks] Figure 1 shows a typical parking lot installed with many EV chargers. These EV chargers are intended to support EV charging demand for workers of a commercial office building. The working hours for the workers are from 9:00am till 6:00pm during weekdays. A total of 100 EV chargers are installed in the parking lot, where there are 5 units of 180 kW DC Mode 4 chargers, 25 units of 22 kW Mode 2 chargers, and 70 units of 3 kW Mode 1 chargers. UUU Figure 1: Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station in a parking lot Design an EV energy management algorithm to conduct coordinated charging for all chargers. Your main objective of the energy management is to prevent increment of the building's energy demand. Your algorithm must be presented in the format of a flowchart. Detailed explanations of the algorithm are required. Hint: Figure 2 depicts a general guidance for the structure of energy management algorithun.
