the popular Microsoft Office software suite, he has decided to use
Apache Open Office which is classified as an open-source office
document productivity suite. (i) State THREE (3) key
characteristics of an open-source software. (3 marks) (ii) Explain
the meaning of a software suite. (2 marks) (iii) State ONE (1)
advantage of installing a software suite. (1 mark) (b) State TWO
(2) similarities and TWO (2) differences between open-source and
