Using javascript code ask the user to enter a string and
change any of the characters from uppercase to lowercase and from
lowercase to uppercase.
Focus its not Java its javascript(HTML5)!
Example:
change_str(‘Hello’)
//prints ‘hELLO’
change_str(‘heLLo World’)
//prints ‘HEllo wORLD’
