Q3 Modern urban houses such as a terraced houses are made of high thermal mass structure. Under the hot and humid climate, the building often experienced warm condition if not properly ventilated. Meanwhile, natural ventilation is known as a sustainable method for building ventilation. However, due to certain factors, the effectiveness of natural ventilation in terrace houses especially in urban areas is reduced. (i) Based on the above statement, discuss THREE (3) factors that potentially influence the performance of natural ventilation in the terraced houses located in urban area.
