related to Emergency Response and Hazardous Materials
Management.
Questions that need to be answered in the report should include,
but not necessarily be limited to:
1. What is the name, location, size, and business of the company
or organization?
2. What are the hazardous materials at the location?
3. What type of PPE is used and why?
4. Summarize compliance efforts under OSHA, EPA, and DOT in
relation to these materials, considering course topics (Hazard
