As an intern, Cindy went through a “mini” employee orientation.
Malik explained to her that if she is hired, she will report
directly to him. She will be expected to complete a 90-day
probationary period, during which she will be expected to follow
all office protocol and continue her learning process.
Additionally, during this time, either the office or she can part
ways if the employment does not appear to be a good fit for either
party. He also explained that all employees are expected to
cross-train to allow coverage for all positions during illness or
vacation. Although Cindy loves the clinical aspect of the office,
she understands she should take advantage of any learning
opportunities that come her way. How do you think she should
