Please imagine you are a consultant for company X. The manager
of company X decides to set very difficult and specific goals for
employees to achieve each quarter. The outcome of those difficult
and specific goals will be measured and rewarded accordingly. If
you had to advise this manager, what would you tell him/her are the
disadvantages/risks of setting this type of goals and how can these
